There’s a lot of varieties similar to this one.. But I think it’s probably a Mayan love pepper.

maybe the numex edible/palatable ornamental bred by the new mexico state University experimental farm.
but that just intentionally looks like the semi wild ornamental peppers that are usually too hot to eat, and this could be either.

There are a number of ornamental peppers with purple fruit. Many of them also have dark/purplish leaves which this plant does not have. I’ve never grown any, but because the leaves aren’t dark at all and there is a spectrum of color with the fruit, I’m thinking it’s a Hot Pops Purple ornamental.
Proven Winners says the fruit “…is edible but not palatable.” So not worth eating I guess.
