Those are flowers. They will not prop. Enjoy them and cut the stem off when it completely dries up.
Smell them when they bloom? Maybe take more pictures?
Very very rarely the leaflets on the flower stem might generate a small plant that can be propagated. You’ll see it if it happens. But usually it’s just time to enjoy the flowers.
