So basically i wanted to grow a lemon tree, so i got a lemon and got the seeds from it, i then planted it in the pot but for the soil i reused some from my raised bed that’s been there for ~6 years, in the photos is that a lemon tree or something else? for reference i live in Ireland (photos are from different dates not all on the same day)

This seems to be a monocot, you can tell by the lack of the two first “false leaves” at the base. Eudicots are your “broadleaf” plants like most trees, dandelions, raspberries, basil, etc… monocots are your plants with a more blade like structure, think grass, onions, and tulips. That said I don’t know what that plant is but I’d guess a grass seed wandered into your soil 🙂
Looks similar to carrot sprouts. Could be in the carrot family, Apiaceae.
That would be a baby carrot
Too early for any actual accuracy beyond lucky guesses. Wait for the true leaves to come in more, cotyledons aren’t really helpful as they always look very different from the real leaves. These look like a thousand other common garden dicot plants as-is
