new monstera mom – any advice?

i got this guy off FB marketplace a few days ago and i really want to take the best care of it possible. it was originally in a vase with some water and i transferred it to soil a few days ago. i’m waiting for the roots to get used to soil before i change it to chunky soil. i’m wondering if anyone has any advice for me? i want it to thrive eventually! please let me know :)) any and all advice is appreciated
