I’ve been struggling to get rid of these crunchy leaves. I chopped one full set off because I thought maybe restarting would help but I feel like no matter what I do it doesn’t get worse but it also doesn’t get better. I use aquarium conditioner for my water, water about twice a week or when my hydrometer is reading a 3/4, plant isn’t near a vent, the humidity is 65-75 percent, it lives under a grow light under my Alocasia so that the light isn’t so intense. The Alocasia has been improving dramatically from increased humidity so I was hoping for the same with the Calathea but I can’t seem to figure it out. Any suggestions?

Ignore her for some time. Do not repot. Water when necessary. Keep the soil moist. Keep her with other plants. Use humic acid. Mine is thriving.
Do you use distilled water?
What is the current condition of the roots?
Something that helped me was to put my plant in a giant zip lock bag or clear storage box. This raised the humidity in my plant and assisted with self healing.
