    No, de hecho se ve como una planta bastante saludable, las hojas secas son reabsorcion natural, son un grupo especifico los que crecen sin perder las hojas inferiores, para el resto de suculentas, la re absorcion y secado se las hojas inferiores es algo totalmente natural

    Lo que si recomiendo es quitar esas hojas secas, muchas veces pueden llegar a atraer plagas o en contacto con la tierra y humedad pueden atraer hongos no deseados

    It looks fine. This is just what happens when they get lt a little older. Leaves at the bottom dry out or fall off eventually. The only way to slow this down is to give it as much consistent conditions as possible, as in light, temperature and mostere level etc.

    It looks happy to me! You can get tweezers to pull off the dead leaves, which gives bacteria, fungus, and pests fewer places to hide.
