Poison ivy and virginia creeper in the same fun patch. It always seems to have look a like companions around where it sprouts in my yard. Virginia Creeper is the vine with the palmate leaves. When both are breaking dormancy, they are difficult to distinguish. Once they get to this point you can separate if you want to keep the creeper.
