So I’ve repotted him 3 times, he’s huge, I think he needs a bigger plant put but that means relocating him to the floor as my window sill isn’t big enough for a bigger plant pot! I also don’t have any floor space next to natural light. I water her weekly, I know she isn’t meant to be watered too much, so I make sure the top couple of inches in the soil are damp and the rest is dry. I also have plant feeder I use fortnightly. I think he may be root bound but if there’s any other advice please let me know!

I don’t think it’s root bound and will probably not need a bigger pot for a long time. For context mine is about the same size and is in a pot half the size of this one. It looks a bit dehydrated, try doing a deep watering and see if it improves.

Since you’ve repotted a few times I am sure it is stressed. How did roots look. Were the filling the pot completely or just partly? Also if you’re only watering the top two inches… think about that for a sec. Where are the roots that extract the water from the soil?? They are well below two inches so the poster that said the plant looks dehydrated. I think, nailed the problem. Try bottom watering. Put the pot in a sink or tub filled with 3 inches of water. Let the spider plant soak up some water for a good hour, then put it near a well lit window. By near I mean 3-5 feet from the window if it’s south or west facing. Closer if it’s east facing and if it’s north facing..better to find a better location. I would say let it be in its good lighting location, deep water it every 2-3 weeks. (Bottom watering). Feed it once every two-three waterings and keep track of feedings do as not to over feed. I hope this helps. Know that many people tend to over care for plants. Too much watering, too often repotting. Over feeding etc, just get it in a good place, water and feed as prescribed and just watch it thrive. No other tending. Repot maybe in a couple of years. You will be amazed at what minimally caring for it will result in. Best of luck! Os. Suggest next pot is a hanging basket. No window sill or floor place required and you can hang it in front of the if your best window! They look beautiful when hanging with lots of babies.
