You don’t “need” to, as monsteras actually enjoy being a bit root bound. Leaving it could encourage faster and larger leaf growth. I would mostly consider when the plant was last potted and what the quality of the soil is. It looks great from the photos, so I’d probably wait if the soil isn’t old
