They look like Cicada holes.
Cicadas emerge from underground when they’re fully grown.
I would say wolf spiders as that’s usually what’s in them. Easy way to tell is still a blade of grass in there gently and they grab them
Bandicoot maybe. I get them all over my lawn.
Worked out recently that mine may be lizards.
I had a hole like this and people suggested mole crickets.
