    Coffee grounds work great too.

If its been a while since youve turned it doing that gets air into it which will give it a boost too.

If the woodchips are still woody then more nitrogen and less turning should help. Wood is said to absorb nitrogen.
If interested, look up the Berkley method for compost.
Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed your short video.

Go handout 5 gallon buckets to your local coffee drive thru’s and ask if they’ll save the grounds for you. I get 5 gallons per day from the one I go to.

Just tested it out the other day. My first pile cooled down so I took half of it and mixed it with a bunch of coffee grounds and water. It didn’t heat up as hot or as fast as fresh cut grass but it’s been holding steady in the hot zone for the past week.

Chicken poop and coffee grounds. All the Starbucks in my area are very good about giving me their used grounds. You just have to pick a little trash out of them. I’ve worked out a deal with one of the backyard chicken farmers in my area where I come clean out their coop and get a couple big bins of poop for my compost

at some point towards the end you just let it sit.

Some of that big stuff can be sifted and used in the next pile. Im not that fussed so I dont sift
