I just got a marble/snow queen as my desk plant. This is my first time in a long time having plants and I’m a little lost.
She gets light from the huge floor to ceiling south facing window about ten feet away from my desk as well as the awful fluorescents in the office. I know I overwatered after repotting and I haven’t given any water since and it’s been almost a month but the brown on the leaves keeps growing. Yet while being unhappy with me she’s put out like 4 new leaves and there’s one about to open now.
Does she love me or hate me? 🙁

When you say you overwatered after repotting, what happened? A month without water is a long time, how does the soil feel when you poke your finger into it?
Too much dry air ! Assuming its near a vent or Ac unit. Needs bit of humidity
