Hi friends 👋
I posted a couple months ago about a rescue Polly that was being taken down by spider mites. I was afraid to cut it down and start over but it is thriving!! The plant on the right is the full stem that I replanted with most of the roots. The one on the left was about a 1 inch piece I cut off the very top of that piece that I planned to throw away but it had two tiny nodes so I gave it a chance. So glad I did! I soaked them in 1/10 peroxide/water before planting in moss. I'm shocked how big the first leaves are.
Oh, and I have predatory mites on their way so the spider mites don't get a hold on them this time around. I just saw one on another plant a few days ago. This time I'm armed and ready 💪
