It's blue with pink margins, and the leaves have all sorts of weird things going on. Some are folding in in themselves, others have wierd bumps and one even has 4 ends to it!

It might be an echeveria gray curl, but I’m not totally sure.
Looks like Echeveria Thriller Pearl
Is it a new plant? How do you water? You might need to repot into wide shallow pot.
Echeveria blue ruffles maybe?
