That one’s a rapidophora tetrasperma I think, they call it a mini monstera but it’s not actually in the monstera family.
It’s also not safe for the kitties just a heads up if your cats are the curious and hungry variety.

The middle will not fill in, as the plant sends most of the growth hormones to the last node. Chopping it in half is completely safe, and it will continue to grow from the last node below where you chop it 🙂 And you can propagate the top part by either sticking it in water, or planting it and keeping the soil moist
