Started finding the leaves on 3 separate sweet pea currants plants doing this and google searching has not helped me identify what it is. Anyone recognized what this? And if so, how can I treat it?

Did the leaves get wet?
Looks like a fungal disease but also could be insects, looks like there is something white covering the leaves as well
