I’m so proud! This is only a third of it, I mixed the rest with my browns and gave it water in hopes that it’ll breakdown quickly. The amount I have now took the whole growing season last year (4 months) so I know I could improve output by increasing the heat but honestly I’m just super proud and so excited to replenish my garden beds with all the nutrients and critters. Had to hand sift the pumpkin seeds out because I don’t have a sieve yet haha. First time I haven’t completely freaked out dealing with centipedes and millipedes!
Tips for increasing the temp this season appreciated. It’s the earth machine that I’m using and my partner pees in it regularly 🤭🌱

Congrats! For the record I don’t sift mine I just raw dog it right into the beds, and I’ve always found the temp spikes when I add greens that are a little bit wet and stir it up on the surface. I use a little more green than brown than most people in this sub recommend as well.
