Why is my Joepii doing this ???

I got this philodendron Joepii like 5 weeks ago and this is the second time it’s pushed out a stem with no leaf 🤨 why is it doing this and what can I do about it ??? It’s getting correct sun and water etc it’s healthy I have no clue what it’s doing
