
Planted crowns from Renee's Garden two years ago, have had two or three harvests this size and it's not slowing down yet! They are SO delicious! I have them in a bed with thornless clumping raspberries and ornamental alliums, lots of leaf mulch from neighbouring sycamores. My simple standard is cover in olive oil, salt them and flame grill for a bit of char.
