of course i got the worst photo ever (apologies)
my dog loves to frolick and jump thru these specific bushes whenever i take him on a walk and i’d love to plant them for him in my backyard, if anyone’s got an ID on what they are i’d appreciate it so much!1!1! thank!! in LA california if that helps

Looks like some type of ornamental grass rather than a bush – maybe fountain grass or something similar that’s common in LA landscaping.
Is it Stipa tenuissima, Mexican feather grass?
My dog used to shove himself up under the folded over fronds and just wiggle and wag and lick his lips and snort… it was so funny
