I sprayed my marble queen last night with the Perfect Plantista spray as a preventative for pests. I already tested it on a single leaf and waited 48 hours before I did a full application. This morning, I noticed 2 brown spots on this leaf. The spray contains thyme oil, peppermint oil, Castile soap, and cinnamon bark oil. I read good reviews on it… I’m a new plant owner so I’m trying to prevent pests the best I can. Do you think the brown spots are from the treatment?
I used toilet paper to wipe off the solution after directions say to wait 10 mins. I just ordered microfiber gloves as I read that’s what I should be using.

Those sprays really damaged the some of the leaves of my plants, I also sprayed before bed to avoid light on the leaves until the spray dried.‘I’m not sure why it affected some of the leaves, but not all. My leaves haven’t recovered, the brown spots are still there. Maybe someone else here will have more insight. At least the brown spots on yours aren’t that obvious. You could try BTI drops on your watering jug to treat the soil for pests instead. They are for mosquito control, but also work for other plant pests.
