I wish this was a scratch and sniff picture! Hyacinths smell so good. They are actually a bulb, and the flower will eventually expire. Not to worry, though, because it will come back next year.
Hiya back.
These are considered early spring plants So eventually the flower will fade and the leaves will die back and then depending on your garden zone and space available , you might be able to plant it outside and have it come back next year.
But if not having outside space, then you keep it inside but it needs to go through a chill / dormant period.
Easy tips and some other stuffs:
Water it when the top 1 inch is dry, not on a schedule. Just poke your finger in the soil and check every now and then. They like sunny windows and bright light the best.
Enjoy the sights and smells 🥰
Eventually, the flowers will fade, but the leaves will stay for a while longer before dying off as well.
Usually, most folks throw them away after this. These are very popular Spring plants, but aren’t sold as a “keeper”.
This is up to you, but if you want to try and take care of it, you should go to youtube and look up “how to keep my hyacinth” ☺️
I can smell your pic🪴💚
