Ive never used reddit before but im really bad at reading plants so i figured at worst it would be ignored if i asked..
(I cant figure out how to add other images on my phone.. i hope its somewhat clear even with the warm light and stuff..)

Its possible that they have wet feet.. theres some space at the bottom and the roots are dangling into it.. is that too wet? We water every 1-2 weeks and the soil isnt soggy or bone dry.. the majority of the dangling roots are white or tan. The right one had a few 'dissolved'/dead ones but im not sure why yet

We used to get fungus gnats but right now it seems like there arent any

The evenly yellow leaf is what id imagine too much water to look like.. its kinda forgotten lime green.

That speckle damaged leaf has brown spots though.. like freckles and yellow circles around it.. i think water damage looks evenly 'soggy' yellow?

Theres another small leaf thats hidden behind the others that has a sort of yellow 'halo' growing inward.. it has a slighter brown speckle

That big leaf was kissing the window where its brown now.. is that sunburn or something? I dont think thats caused by water.. does it just want a different spot now that the summer sun comes in? It was happy in the winter..

I propagated them around this time last year from a chopped up stem of a dying plant.. the stumps are kindof sitting loose-ish on top of the soil and each has 1 air root now.. should i repot them in deeper? Do you bury air roots or should they stay out? Someone says it makes them sturdier to bury them once..

We just used some random mixed-over-the-years potting earth.. do they need food?
