I’m not seeing any sign of whiteflies, and I’ve been keeping with neem oil to help prevent them.

Is this a disease or maybe a watering issue? We had a slew of really cold days, but it’s warmed up and still no change. Both are flowering and fruiting.

  1. It looks like herbicide damage, specifically 2,4-D. (See [here](https://extension.msstate.edu/publications/herbicide-damage-tomatoes).) Have you applied any compost, mulch or anything else from unknown sources recently? Would any of your neighbors potentially be spraying herbicides nearby? Many herbicides can remain active even in fully processed compost. If it is indeed herbicide poisoning you will likely need to toss the plants, figure out the source and potentially get rid of your contaminated soil as well. I hope that’s not the case, but that’s what it looks like to me.

My guess would be neighbor was spraying 2,4-D for dandelions and you caught some drift.
