Why would that be a Problem? That you are seeing growth and new pups?

Lucky they look so happy they’re stretching out and claiming property.

For this type of plants, having those pups us a great sign, that means what you did is what they needed and what thwy want

Sometimes it means they’re nice and healthy, sometimes it’s just that time of year, and occasionally it can be a sign of potentially fatal stress. If there’s no other symptoms then I’d say it’s just that time of year and they’re happy/healthy/mature/rooted enough to reproduce.

That’s an awesome arrangement and it’s going to look so good when those pups start filling out the space!
They all look happy in this picture. Not seeing any other signs of stress. Great work!

No, this is their normal growth habit. They were never going to stay just individual rosettes for long. One of their common names, due to this habit, is “hens and chicks”, with the “chicks” being the pups!

Here’s a post of them wild in the alps by another user. You can see they produce so many pups that they form very dense carpeting clusters: https://www.reddit.com/r/succulents/s/FS1jD3nqmB

Sempervivums (aka hens and chicks 🥰) chuck out lots of pups! Yours look happy, thriving and very colorful!! Nothing to worry about here…. This plant is happy when she’s putting out lots of babies.

Yes, in some cases putting out lots  can be a sign of stress as sometimes it is a plant’s way of trying to reproduce before it dies. Sempervivum usually have lots of offshoots though…

In the second picture, what are the ones on the left called? I like the spider web texture on them.

This is just what Semps do.

I will say though that your soil has too much organics in it, it needs to be sandy soil that is free draining.

The actually do best in a rockery style feature.
