I gave a friend some violet cuttings and hers are pink!
From what I looked up temperature. And pH has a lot to do with it? I though it was so cool and wanted to share with you guys! First picture is my mother plant, second is her little beauty
I don’t know if it’s the case with yours, but sometimes they don’t clone true as well. I’ve got a bunch of Playful Spectrum that I grew from 2 leaves. Some of the babies have the correct white and pink flower with purple splashes, some of them have white flowers with violet thumbprints, some have violet flowers with white margins, and a couple actually have the correct type and a ‘wrong type’ of flower at the same time. Genetics are weird sometimes, especially if the original plant was somehow a chimera descendant. Both yours and hers sort of remind me of the ‘wrong’ flower on mine, so I wonder if something similar is going on with your plant.
Pictured here one of my weirdos with both types of bloom at once. Front is the correct flower, back doesn’t have any splash at all and is just a pretty purple and white.

Violets can throw sports – both are pretty plants
