Could be nasturtium, *Tropaeolum majus.*
Something else, prob a weed seed like morning glory?? I would hate it to be that, though, huge QC problem.
A weed that would be able to somehow get toward the head of the flower where it would get harvested with the heads

I would 100% risk planting them with the assumption they are nasturtium seeds. It even kind of “fits” with what you might grow with sunflowers. They look to have the ridges and flat spots that come from how they fit together while on the plant, and look very much like them dried out as well.
