I gave it a short soak, which highlighted how dried out the outer leaves were (first image).

I removed the dead leaves (second image). I assume it'll lose a few more leaves.

Any advice? 🙏

    It’s dehydrated but still have a healthy looking rosette, the green middle area.

    I would give it a good 60 mins soak, and then continue with weekly 30 mins soaks. New leaves look pretty good. It may keep the remaining dry end leaves if the green part stays hydrated. But I wouldn’t worry about the old leaves too much as the new ones will grow.

    Then you need just time and patience and watch it grow. It will be fine if it gets regular soaks.
