Anybody seen this? I repotted my healthy welwitschia after the roots were shooting out of the bottom of the pot into a larger taller pot. Very careful not to disturb the roots and used the same inorganic substrate with added biochar and pumice. Within a week I started noticing these spot as well as a clear decline. Color changed to a dark sickly green and it developed these strange spots. Any ideas or advice?? Thanks!

The spots look like edema to me, tho not positive. Which would mean them plants taking in more water than it knows what to do with and cells are rupturing
