This is it's new leaf in a while. Only the second one since I've purchased it in the fall (?) of last year.
It seems to be unhappy. Or like it's just surviving, not thriving. I've never repotted it and haven't checked the roots etc.
I'm wondering if it's not getting enough light or my watering isn't good enough? I try to let it dry out btwn watering. It's several feet away from a west- facing window.
Help, please🙏
I do think it's a pretty leaf, though. But none of the others have any variegation, if it is that.

I’m not familiar with this specific philo, but it kinda looks like it’s starting out how a prince of orange leaf does. I would suspect that the color will shift to a strong green over time, this might just be what brand new leaves look like. The red color of the sheaths or whatever they are called make me think that
It looks like a newly unfurled pink princess philodendron leaf. They come out this color and darken as they harden off (from what I’ve seen mine do) I wonder why this one is pink 🤔
looks like a perfectly normal pink princess leaf, still emerging/expanding.
