I picked this little guy up at Lowe's yesterday. It's no special variety, but it's just the color I'd been hoping for: a really deep purple/indigo.
I'm trying to find out if a few hours of direct light from this south-east facing window is ok. It gets light in the morning until maybe right around midday. For now I have it set back a foot from the window, and I have a grow light set up to give it ~400 fc in the evening. Does it seem like a good plan to leave it here for a few weeks and be on the lookout for signs of sunburn? I could possibly buy sheer curtains for this window because all my high light plants are on the other side of the room.
