Buffalo Lawn help

Hi all,

My buffalo lawn isn’t in good shape at the moment. I am wanting some advice on best steps/recommendations you may have on the best way to get my buffalo looking tip top shape.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve spent some time reading up on some things on the internet but there is a fair bit to take in 😅

I also note that May not be the best time to do this.
