Got this little micans cutting a couple months ago. It had 4 cuttings in the little cup. I couldn’t really see a lot of roots so I put it on a heat mat. It’s in a north window near a grow light but not directly under it. It has put on a ton of new leaves. My question is I would like to take it off the mat but I worry the growth will slow down. What do y’all think?

The lack of root growth was likely due to the stress of a new environment. Now that it’s used to the heat mat, I would ease it off of it slowly as to avoid stressing it again! I have a couple micans myself and have never grown or propagated them using a heat mat so they should be fine!
