I just got this guy last weekend, I waited to water it until yesterday (or the day before) and it looks worse than before I watered it. It didn’t look great to begin w fwiw. The little guy hanging on the side (pup?) looks healthy but the main plant looks like ass.
I have it under grow lights 12 hours a day, in well draining soil, I think anyway (pumice, pearlite, coco coir). I have a big fan in front of my shelves so they have good air flow. What am I missing? I’m new to euphorbias but I’ve been keeping succulents for many years now.

I mean, to me the main part looks dead, unless this is some exotic one I haven’t heard of (which happens at least every week). But the smaller pups that are green look like they desire to continue living. You can watch a short YouTube on cutting Euphorbia if you haven’t before (toxic sap and such), but it’s fairly easy. Wait to hear other opinions though.
Edit: from your description of it’s environment, it may have been dead or dying when you got it. Everything you listed sounds good. But you can get a pup from it at least and start from that.
