Our development’s new landscapers chopped down my Columbine to almost nothing April 9th. 3 weeks later, it looks like this. I thought my year-and-a-half wait for Columbine blooms was going to be delayed another year.
One of my Ozark Bluestars & my tiny Prairie Smoke are not looking like they’ll make the same recovery for this year, but this really brought me some joy this week and I thought it might bring some encouragement to those who have been in the same boat.
These plants are amazing and honestly inspiring in their resilience.
