My idea for a fix is to put more lock channels on the roof so the plastic sheets become smaller. Another issue is the hot weather. Gemini suggests to paint the channels in white, not sure if it is a good solution.
try mesh 50 insect screen, it never rips, has ventilation and shade ( Bug proof too : )
plastic rip chance is 99%

Plastic in our greenhouse is generally a bit larger than needed to account for growth and shrinkage.

Is it 6 mil UV resistant? And what’s your peak winds and temp? For excess heat maybe you could put a strip of white plastic in the track underneath your main layer

That is wiggle wire on your roof? I have never seen it used on top of a greenhouse. I think your film was too tight to account for natural movement from heat and wind.
Patch from the outside with a piece of film twice the size of the hole and tape the edges and then the inside of the tear with quality greenhouse repair tape; should buy you a couple years at least.

Does this plastic have UV protection? If not, it will eventually break down into microplastics.

Is it a greenhouse or a shade structure? Because it looks like it’s meant to hold shade cloth.

I don’t know the dimensions of your greenhouse, and I only have my first little 36′ long hoophouse, but everything I read when rebuilding the old structure advised against wiggle wire over the top. We also struggle with high winds and heavy rain!
