Just peace of mind please help me identify

I’m already abt to cut that section and shower n neem oil the hell outta it.

Is it spider mites or prob just the white stuff off of this massive rescue succulent i’ve had all winter on a shelve above the syngonium.

There’s literally nothing anywhere else on it from what i can see. And on those leaves w the white spots there’s nothing on the undersides.

First 4 photos is the area with the white spots. 5 and 6 are the rest of the plant. 7 is the possible culprit.
