I have had this poor baby for 2 vears. It has never grown or went down hill, it just exists. I do think it's lost some leaves tho. I had it in potting soil with a little sand which I don't think was the correct soil for it. My daughters cat just in the last few days knocked it over and all the dirt came out so I really need to see to it. It's in a west facing window.
My questions are…
What soil mix? Water requirements? Light requirement? Fertilizer? Does it need pruned?

Any succulent mix with added perlite and/or small grain pumice to make it nice and airy.
Water only once soil has been completely dry for a few days at least depending on your conditions.
Bright and direct light though not 8 hours straight direct sun, think bright ambient light with 4-6 hours of direct sun.
Watch the variegation- white: good light. Pink: very good light. dark red: too much light. Also if light is too low it will lose its variegation and its best to prune all none variegated growth otherwise the green, stronger growth will out compete the variegation 🙂
I had one that was so happy and thriving, and then I made the mistake of moving it (it had outgrown its space). It never forgave me and died an agonising death. I put it back in its spot, but it never recovered. These guys, in my opinion, are delicate.
