I’m convinced it’s poisoned bear poop, but the DPW just hydroseeded the park so I’m hoping beyond hope it’s extra supplies.
edit: I also found a family pack of raw chicken breasts on the ground a week ago, and I saw many backyard coyotes succumb to mange this winter.
So I know rodenticide is in the neighborhood, and I’m getting worried someone may be trying to lure bears to the park.

Looks like my dog’s poop when he used to eat stuffed animal/toy stuffing as a puppy.
That could be a big Coyote poop . Or a wolf. It’s usually full of hair
