    Definitely rhubarb- make sure puppy doesn’t eat it- poisonous for dogs.

    I think the variety with green stalks is sweeter than the red stem variety.

    You have a big rhubarb plant. Cut the flowers unless you’re trying to get seed from it.

    Could it be burdock? Not an expert on burdock. But look it up and compare

    Rhubarb, varieties with green stalks tend to be larger than reds

    I’ve never seen rhubarb flower, neat!!

    It will keep producing if you cut the flower shoots off. We make pie with strawberries or just use the rhubarb and last year we made a refreshing drink all summer.

    Boiled Rhubarb (stems) will cure constipation real quick!
