   Where we are, fennel looks too much like an invasive and toxic species that is everywhere now- poison hemlock

   I've found snapdragons are wonderful. They surprisingly survived both the hot summer here in the American south and the winter freeze and came back in the spring earlier than all my other flowers and veggies. Today i saw a fluffy native bumblebee was enjoying them. 😊 i did a multi color mix and seeded them thickly in nursury pots without bothering to thin and now i have 2 clumps of white, yellow, dark and light pink and purple snapdragons. So gorgeous and about 3 or 4 feet tall.
