B&M shoppers can add a “whimsical” look to their gardens with a small yet charming statue ornament that the discount retailer’s bosses say will look “adorable” on patios and in outdoor spaces. This new item costs much less than other items available online.
Describing the ornament online, B&M bosses said: “Give your outdoor space some whimsy with our Robin Postbox Garden Ornament. Featuring a bright red post box and an adorable, realistic robin, this ornament is perfect for adding a sweet touch to your garden, patio, or yard.”
Shoppers can find similar ornaments online for significantly more than B&M’s asking price. For instance, Amazon is currently selling a Postbox with Robin Garden Decor by Vivid Arts for £27.48 (reduced from £28.99), crafted from “durable resin materials” and hand-finished in an “extremely realistic” fashion.
Beyond the price difference, customers opting for the Amazon alternative will notice differences in the lettering on top and the base of the postbox. Unlike B&M’s version, this features the traditional C&R markers seen on certain genuine postboxes.
It stands for Charles Rex and is known as the Royal Cypher of the reigning monarch, which appears on new postboxes to show when they were installed. The emblem on this ornament would be accurate to the monogram currently being used to seal new postboxes during King Charles’ reign, reports the Mirror.

The £8 figurine is one of the new garden ornaments introduced to B&M’s 2026 collection. Customers can browse more of the new garden ornaments online and purchase them in-store at B&M.
Another popular new decoration that doubles up as a practical addition is this “regal” solar light that looks like a “stone statue” and is priced at £20. Boasting a lion’s head design, this solar-powered light requires no wiring to illuminate gardens and patios once the sun goes down.
In its online description, B&M wrote: “Add character and regal charm to your outdoor space with this lion solar statue. This solar light ornament is perfect for borders or patios. A fun ornament during the day and a solar light at night.”

For those looking to make more major improvements to their garden, B&M is still running its major sale on garden furniture, which kicked off earlier this week (April 27) and runs until Sunday, May 10. Shoppers whose garden or patio isn’t living up to its full potential can take advantage of 50% off selected outdoor furniture, including dining sets, sofas, and egg chairs.
Among the discounted bundles is the hardwood Jakarta Solid Wood Dining Set (was £250, now £125), the Bali Reversible Rattan Effect Corner Sofa Set is also reduced (also down from £250 to £125), and the Santorini Hanging Egg Chair has been cut from £150 down to £75. Browse the full range of sale items here.
B&M also provides a garden service that many customers are unaware of, as it receives little promotion in stores or online. Browsing their website, shoppers can discover wooden structures including sheds, storage units, pergolas, and summerhouses, with free UK delivery and optional installation available.
Shoppers can also see a selection of planter boxes, fence panels, and wooden benches, and save an extra 5% on orders over £499 with the discount code FOREST. See more details here.
