Pictured is dill, parsley, bunching onion, and basil. The dill has a single very productive looking shoot with a very weak and thing bottom. The parsley has dead looking spots and is growing very slowly. The onions are all over the place, but have these strange dead hanging things at the bottom, and the basil just doesn’t look right.
They’ve been growing for two months, I started bottom watering them when there roots reached but I still keep the top moist sometimes. I have a grow light above them that’s on like 10-14 hours and they are by a window sill with moderate light. There appears to be springtails on the parsley.
I’m just looking for advice! If I have a healthy garden and what I might need to change,Thank you!

What kind of light and which way is the window facing? Any shade blocking the window?
This looks like 0 light to me.
So there are too many plants in each pot, and they aren’t getting enough light. A grow light just isn’t enough for most edible plants. If you have any space outside you could try putting them there, but tbh with how small they are after 2 months its not a great look.
