I have the same plant, sold as Hoya callistophylla ‘Sabah’
This is absolutely gorgeous! I have now added callistophylla sabah on my wishlist! Even though I just got a gorgeous regular callistophylla a couple weekends ago.
I believe this is a “Dappled Forest” Hoya. I might be wrong but it looks just like mine.

Looks more like crassipetiolata imo
There’s a lot of misinformation on this post… this is 100% crassipetiolata. It’s the form that proven winners has been spreading around, and the consensus is that it is crassipetiolata. For sure NOT callistophylla of any kind. Definitely NOT any type of carnosa as the sap is white on your plant and Carnosa sap is clear.
I dont know about hoya, but your Ц have wandered to a weird place
