Didn’t know who they were until I saw the other comment but they definitely don’t look like worms :/
Those look like fly larvae, pretty common in active bins, especially if there’s exposed food on top. They’re not bad, they break things down fast. Adding more browns is a good call though, it’ll help cover food bits and stop more flies from laying eggs there.
