Little earthworms are obviously fine, but it’s weird it’s climbing the branch. I can’t quite see. Just make sure it’s not a flatworm because and explosion of them would not be great for a vivarium. I have a bunch of other random little worms in mine but this one looks pretty big. Maybe a better close up vid if you can and we can see it a little better. Maybe someone else knows more though!
Its an earth planaria…they live on springtails . Just chug it out or if you have a aquarium , feed it to the fish.
