I am planning on growing a bunch of pepper plants. The photo above is my setup from last year. A grow bag, placed in a box. The box is filled with 3 cm of water each day and the coco wicks it.

I want to use less plastic this year, so i want to place the peppers in the ground and add the masterblend as a liquid fertilizer (dissolved in water).

How can i determine how frequent i need to add fertilizer and how much i need to water?

Thanks

Well it no longer is hydroponics if you put it on ground so probably other subs are better for info. But in general you water the plants and look at them to determine if you’ve watered enough. They will tell you if they want more water. If the soil is moist at finger deep (ish) then no need to water.
