My thai con has a large root mass already developed outside its old 17cm pot, such that I think it will already be not far off filling a 19cm pot. Would I be safe/justified to pot it straight on to a 21cm pot?

It’s on a moss pole, in theory only going up one size would prompt more growth in the moss poles. But two sizes up couldn’t hurt provided it has adequate drainage
