Our overwintered peppers are finally ready for harvest! In this video, we’re picking two of my absolute favorites: the Cajun Bell and the Sweet Banana Pepper.

The Cajun Bell is one of the tastiest peppers I’ve ever grown, offering a unique kick of spice that’s hard to beat. We’re also harvesting Sweet Banana Peppers, which are a staple for grilling and roasting. Seeing this kind of production from plants we saved over the winter is a great reminder of why overwintering is a total game-changer for gardeners!
