
Gday gardeners, my wife got this apple tree and has planted it in the back yard, fertilised it and waters it every now and then – and now the leaves are sort of drooping / turning orange.
I’ve googled what might be causing it but there’s so many possible things it could be but I am no green thumb and would like opinions / help

It’s Autumn. Apple trees are deciduous, leaf discoloring and drop is completely normal for them this time of year for us.
Deciduous, losing its leaves, it’s autumn.
Stop fertilising, mulch around the base to prevent the grass. In spring lay some aged manure around the base it’ll be fine and should fruit in a few years.
